Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

Returns

In case you're not completely satisfied with your order, kindly reach out to us at info@bunaoromiacoffee.co.uk and one of our team members will assist you promptly.

To guarantee the freshness of your purchase, we roast all of our coffee to order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of our coffee products as they are perishable. If you encounter any issues or if you're not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include sending you a replacement or providing a refund for your purchase.
